Normally yields about 4-6lb’s of meat. This will feed anywhere between 10-15 adults. Another option is to freeze it for meal prepping. We smoke it low and slow using a dry BBQ rub to give it that nice smokey BBQ flavor. Try it on our smoked potatoes, or use it to make nachos with our smoked queso.

A whole slab of our meaty juicy Baby Back Ribs will feed up to 4 adults, based on 3 ribs per person. Our St. Louis Style with Rib Tips whole slab will feed up to 6 adults. We smoke it up to 6 hours on one of our wood grill smokers and use a dry BBQ rub to season, never wrapped for fall-off-the-bone tender!
